Motorcycle Parts In Valenzuela
Custom motorcycle parts demand a level of precision that separates a quality fabricator from a general metalwork shop. Dimensions must be exact. Material choices directly affect weight, strength, and corrosion resistance. And every part that goes onto a motorcycle — whether it is a bracket, a frame reinforcement, a footpeg mount, or a decorative panel — has to fit correctly the first time.
Boswell Limited Co. has been manufacturing precision metal components in Metro Manila since 2005. Our facility in Valenzuela produces custom motorcycle parts for builders, restorers, parts suppliers, and motorcycle accessory brands who need fabrication they can depend on — not a shop that guesses and hopes.
Why Custom Motorcycle Parts Require a Precision Fabricator
The motorcycle aftermarket and custom build industry in the Philippines is large, active, and demanding. Riders know what they want. Builders have specific visions. Parts suppliers need components that will perform in real road conditions and survive the wear that comes with daily use.
This is not a market that tolerates sloppy fabrication. A bracket with a hole positioned 2mm off will not align with the mounting points it was designed for. A guard bent to the wrong radius will not clear the wheel. A frame gusset cut without proper geometry will not distribute stress correctly under load.
At Boswell, we use CNC laser cutting, CNC press brake bending, and precision welding to produce motorcycle components that are dimensionally accurate and consistent across every unit in a batch. Our equipment does not drift between parts the way manual processes do. When we make fifty of the same bracket, the fiftieth is as accurate as the first.
Motorcycle Parts We Fabricate
Our fabrication capabilities cover a wide range of motorcycle components. If a part can be made from sheet metal, plate, tube, or bar stock — and most motorcycle parts can — there is a strong chance we can produce it.
Frames, Subframes, and Frame Reinforcements Custom frame sections, subframe loops, tail sections, and structural gussets are among the more technically demanding parts we produce. These components are load-bearing and must be fabricated to precise geometry and welded with full-penetration joints. We work in carbon steel and chromoly where strength-to-weight ratios are critical, and we understand the structural requirements that differentiate a reliable weld from one that will crack under vibration.
Brackets and Mounts Engine mounts, battery trays, instrument clusters, mirror mounts, fender brackets, and headlight stays are all bracket-class components that require accurate hole positioning, consistent bend geometry, and clean edges. We produce these in carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum depending on the application and the client’s specification.
Body Panels and Covers Side covers, belly pans, seat bases, chain guards, and decorative panels in thin-gauge steel or aluminum are well within our sheet metal forming capability. We can produce simple flat panels or multi-break formed profiles depending on the design. For clients who need a clean, paintable surface finish, we can advise on appropriate material gauges and surface preparation.
Exhaust Components and Heat Shields Heat shields, exhaust brackets, and exhaust pipe flanges in stainless steel or mild steel are a regular part of our production. Stainless steel is the material of choice for exhaust-adjacent components due to its heat and corrosion resistance, and our TIG welding capability handles it cleanly.
Footpegs, Pegs, and Pedal Components Footpeg mounts, heel guards, and pedal extensions are small but precision-critical parts. Incorrect positioning affects rider ergonomics and safety. We fabricate these to your drawing specifications with tight hole position tolerances.
Custom and OEM-Replacement Parts For builders working on restoration projects or specialty builds, we can reverse-engineer worn or unavailable OEM parts from samples or measurements. Bring us the original part or a detailed drawing and we will produce a replacement that matches the original specification — or improves on it if that is the intent.
Materials We Use for Motorcycle Part Fabrication
Material selection for motorcycle components is not arbitrary. Each material brings a specific combination of strength, weight, corrosion resistance, and workability that makes it suited to certain applications and poorly suited to others.
Carbon Steel The most common material for structural motorcycle components — frames, brackets, and mounts. Strong, weldable, and cost-effective. Requires a surface finish (paint, powder coat, or zinc treatment) to prevent corrosion in outdoor use.
Stainless Steel Preferred for exhaust systems, heat shields, and any component exposed to moisture or road spray where corrosion resistance is a priority. Harder to form and weld than carbon steel but significantly more durable in service. Our TIG welding capability handles stainless cleanly and consistently.
Aluminum Where weight reduction is a priority — body panels, covers, brackets on performance builds — aluminum offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. It machines and forms well but requires different welding parameters than steel. We have experience with aluminum fabrication and apply the correct process settings for clean, solid joints.
Brass and Copper Less common on motorcycles but used for decorative components, custom accents, electrical brackets, and certain fitting types. We work with both materials for clients building custom or heritage-style motorcycles where these materials are appropriate to the aesthetic.
Serving Motorcycle Builders, Suppliers, and the Aftermarket Industry
Our clients in the motorcycle parts space come from different corners of the industry, and we have structured our production capability to serve all of them.
Custom Builders and Fabricators One-off and small-batch custom builds require a fabricator who can work from hand sketches, CAD files, or even sample parts brought in for reference. We are accustomed to working at the early stages of a build where specifications are still being refined, and we can provide input on material selection, joint design, and production feasibility that helps builders make better decisions before cutting begins.
Motorcycle Accessory and Parts Brands Brands producing aftermarket accessories — guards, racks, crash protection, mounting systems, and styling components — need a fabricator who can hold consistent tolerances across production batches and scale up as demand grows. Our CNC equipment makes consistency repeatable, and our production capacity can accommodate growth without a drop in quality.
Restorers and Collectors Vintage motorcycle restoration often requires sourcing or fabricating parts that are no longer commercially available. We work with restorers who need replacement panels, brackets, or structural components reproduced from worn originals or from period photographs and measurements. This work requires patience and precision in equal measure — both of which we bring.
Why Boswell Limited Co. for Motorcycle Parts in Valenzuela?
What sets us apart from general metalwork shops is the combination of modern CNC equipment, experienced fabricators, and a genuine understanding of what motorcycle components need to do in the real world.
CNC Accuracy on Every Part Our laser cutting and press brake equipment is fully CNC-controlled. Programs are written to your specifications, and every part produced from those programs will match the dimensions in your drawing. There is no accumulated error from manual measurement, no variation between operators, and no tolerance drift across a production run.
Multi-Process In-House Capability Most motorcycle components require more than one process — a panel might need laser cutting, forming, welding, and grinding before it is finished. We handle all of these in-house. That means your part moves through the full production sequence under one roof, with one team accountable for the result. You are not managing multiple subcontractors or chasing a part across three different shops.
Two Decades of Fabrication Knowledge Since 2005, Boswell has been solving fabrication problems for clients across Metro Manila. The experience we have accumulated spans structural steel, precision sheet metal, and custom product manufacturing. When a motorcycle part presents a challenge — an unusual geometry, a tight tolerance, a material that requires special handling — we draw on that experience to find the right answer.
Competitive Pricing Through Process Efficiency Our investment in modern machinery reduces the labor hours required per part, and that efficiency is reflected in our pricing. We are not selling cheap fabrication — we are selling efficient, accurate fabrication at a price point that makes sense for production economics in the Philippine market.
